A short intro call, a few conversations with the people who do the work, and one 45-minute debrief at the end. The analysis happens in the background over 5 business days. Your operations are not interrupted.
The report is yours. You can use the recommendations however you like. Internally, with another provider, or simply as a reference for your own priorities. There is no obligation to continue with MEIKAI.
We access only the tools strictly necessary for the duration of the analysis. No data is retained beyond the end of the engagement. We operate in compliance with nFADP/FADP (Switzerland) and GDPR. Privacy by design: not just formal compliance.
Yes. The Clarity Scan is available for any context in Italian or English. The diagnostic is conducted remotely.
A Sprint engagement (covering design, build, testing, and handover for one or two workflows) typically falls between CHF 3,000 and CHF 8,000, depending on scope and complexity. The CHF 490 Clarity Scan fee is credited in full against the Sprint invoice. A fixed price is agreed in writing before work begins. The optional Continuity plan covers maintenance and updates, from CHF 500 per month, and can be cancelled at any time.

The report already contains your implementation roadmap.

If you decide to proceed, the roadmap is already in the report. The implementation follows a structured programme: no undefined phases, no surprise proposals.
